What export formats does Navigating.art support?

The Navigating.art platform enables you to create custom reports and export them in three formats: docx., HTML, and CSV.

Creating digitals catalogue raisonnés and managing art collections regularly requires data exportation. These data exports are helpful to editors and researcher, as well as for project planning and keeping a team on schedule.

You can export data from the Navigating.art platform anytime as a docx., HTML, or CSV file.

Data exports can be customized. Let's say you want to create an overview of sales lists for research purposes. You can select the artworks or resources for export and choose the formats at the bottom of the dialogs.

For a customized report of artworks, you'll find the format options at the bottom-left side of the dialog.

The export of any data can be customized by selecting the properties and entities to be exported. You can include or exclude information including artist name, creation date, medium, title, attestation, reference number, and ID.

For an export of resources, such as an exhibitions list, you'll find the format options on the bottom-right side of the dialog box.

If you have additional questions about exporting custom data reports for your digital catalogue raisonné or collection, send us a message through the support portal.
